Pre-solicitation Notice: 3T Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Services The Bruce W. Carter Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (BWCVAMC), Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (MVAHCS), 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125, intends to solicit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, to provide services necessary to perform 3T Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Services to eligible beneficiaries of the MVAHCS. The Contractor shall provide a 3T MRI Trailer, including Board Certified MRI Technologists, on site in accordance with the specifications provided by the VA for beneficiaries of the Miami VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall propose a minimum of three (3) key personnel for credentialing and scheduling. The VA Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) is defined as a minimum of 80 hours every two (2) weeks, excluding Federal holidays. A minimum of two (2) Board Certified MRI Technologists must be available, with at least one (1) additional Board-Certified MRI Technologist recommended to cover absences.
