ECI Defense Group is the only vendor that is capable of providing a quote to meet the terms and conditions of this solicitation. This requirement is being sole sourced to ECI Defense Group. The OEM retains the rights to all design drawings, tolerances, and original parts for the requested parts on board ESB class ships. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
