The short version
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, on behalf of the Department of the Air Force (DAF), is issuing this Program Solicitation to identify a Design-Build Team for the 91st Cyber Operations Center at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. The project involves the design and construction of an approximately 42,000-square-foot, multi-story facility to support the mission requirements of the Air Combat Command 91st Cyber Operations Squadron. The facility will be designed and constructed to meet applicable security and technical standards for a mission-critical cyber operations environment. This acquisition will use a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery model executed under an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 2808a.
